1 Room - No Plumbing

  • One room.  1 full bed, 1 set of twin bunks.

  • Small microwave, 4 cu ft refrigerator.

  • There is electricity but no plumbing.  Water spigot nearby.

  • There is a central bathhouse within 300'.

  • No pillows or linens.  No kitchen supplies.

  • Picnic table, fire ring.

  • Some overlook Major League field.

  • Sleeps 4.  12' x 20'

  • Nightly rate: $95 (no minimum)

  • Holiday & Hall of Fame Weekend: $105 (3 night minimum)

  • Rates based on 4 persons

  • No Pets
